Thanks so much for choosing to dine with us! We are beyond excited to be able to host you again indoors and on our front patio. Before you return to Rose's, here are a few things we want to share with you:
Rest assured, we have taken every precaution necessary to keep you & our staff safe and comfortable throughout your dining experience. This includes enhanced sanitization of all of our surfaces, temperature checks for our staff and you, a properly distanced dining space, and much more. If you’d like a full list of our internal safety procedures, just ask and we’ll send it right over!
In order to allow us to serve as many guests as possible while keeping everyone safe, we ask you to respect that your reservation comes with a time window of TWO HOURS to enjoy your dining experience. We will make sure that we'll provide you all the comforts of dining with us during that time frame so you can enjoy a lovely evening with us. We ask that you arrive on time and leave the table when your dinner is complete so we can provide our guests the same wonderful experience as you!
For patio reservations: Since our patio is completely outdoors, we will need to reschedule your reservation if it rains. In the event of inclement weather, we will be in touch by 3 PM on the day of your reservation. We'll offer you the option of either converting your meal to a takeout order, and/or working with you to rebook your reservation at the next best time for you to dine. Thank you so much for your patience with this—we wish we could control the weather to keep it dry and beautiful for everyone, but we haven’t quite figured out how to do that yet!
We'll communicate with you via text to confirm your reservation, and to allow you to pay through a completely contactless system on your phone. If you do not have a cell phone or are not able to bring it to dinner with you, please let us know so we can set up alternate payment arrangements for you prior to your dining experience. If you have any dietary restrictions please let us know 24 hours in advance by responding to the email "in preparation for your visit to Rose's Luxury."
Finally, we are asking any of our staff who are experiencing anything less than perfect health to stay home from work (while we still pay them!) in order to keep you healthy—we'd like to ask you to do the same for them! If you need to cancel your reservation due to health concerns at any time, we will provide you with a full refund.
